Attitude - We got it!

We have Attitude. That is, we have a new attiude. We have a new “relationship marketing” program that we believe will benefit both of us.

There is no question that the new attitude is to service you better than our competitors. Our goal is to have the products you need on the shelf when you need them. We want to be flexible enough for you to make your dealings with Sunrise/Dulando worth it for you to make us the first call on your supplier list.

If we currently don’t hold that position with you, we would like to know why. I’ve always said, “We can’t fix something we are unaware of.” What we are aware of is that we have been a bit difficult in handling returns. We are aware we need to have better moving accessories ready to ship when you make the sale. We are aware you need dependable delivery on a regular basis. We are working harder than ever to make these issues non-issues.

Beyond that, we want to hear from you. Tell us what it’s going to take to get to the top spot on the call list. My catch phrase is “within reason.” We will do whatever it takes, within reason, to become the number one call.
